Happy Halloween!


Happy Halloween from Watching Dr Oz!

I watched The Dr. Oz Show today, helped the kids carve pumpkins, roasted pumpkin seeds (the best Halloween Treat, hands down), cooked up three pie pumpkins. Now I'm off to slather make-up on the evil queen and the death eater - it's a dark costume year.

Today's Watching Dr Oz post will be up tomorrow in honor of enjoying the festivities!

Remember to eat a healthy meal before consuming the sugar!
